Session Introduction:

This session unpacks the flipped teaching model—a method that inverts traditional instruction by delivering content outside class time and using classroom time for active learning. Teachers will discover how to design flipped lessons that empower students to take ownership of their learning while maximizing engagement during class. Real examples and tools will be shared for immediate application.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Understand the core principles and benefits of flipped instruction.
  • Learn to plan and create effective pre-class and in-class learning experiences.
  • Use digital tools and assessments to support and evaluate flipped learning.

Trainer Profile:

Lubna Imran, a recognised Educational Researcher, Teachers Educator, Foriegn CPD, recognised and SBTE certified Curriculum designer, and a Content Developer She has earned the qualification of MS Biotechnology from UOK & PGCE from UK.She has a vast experience of two decades in specialized classroom pedagogy with the subjects of Mathematics and Biological Sciences upto the higher secondary level. She is recognised and certifeied from AKU-IED as a Master,Digital Trainer for Teachers Andragogy, Digital literacy and professional development Trainings in both onsite & online modes. She is passionately working as a Lead National Teachers Trainer from The ILM Foundation as an expert curriculum developer and content designer. She firmly believes in bringing the change in the education sector with the help of educators. She is a founder of *Asaas-The Learning Foundation*, where she passionately nurtures her mission and serves the teachers’ fraternity and students community successfully.
